I'm a freelance writer, editor and creative based in Bristol, specialising in the arts and culture industries. I am also Deputy Editor of National Trust Magazine, one of Europe’s largest circulation titles, sent to every National Trust member and read by over five million people each issue. I also work as a freelance digital content editor for BBC Countryfile and BBC Wildlife, creating SEO-optimised content tailored for Apple News audiences.
My writing includes features, reviews and profiles for publications such as the Guardian, Classical Music, Music Teacher, Nearfield and Circus. I also regularly write programme notes for organisations including the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and Duke Arts in the US.

I've held editorial roles at publications including Drama & Theatre (Editor) and BBC Music Magazine (Digital Editor and Staff Writer), and have also provided production support to titles including BBC History Magazine.

On the commercial side, I have produced copy and editorial content for brands including Duke Arts, Classeek, MOTH Drinks and Decca Records, and worked on digital communications and strategy for The King's Singers, Homes & Antiques and Bristol Ideas.
I also host live events and moderate panels, with appearances at venues including St George's Bristol and Waterstones, and have contributed as a guest on podcasts including The Media Club.
